Incorrect Items Received
If you receive incorrect items, please provide a video of unboxing the package and a photo of the items with the original packaging for our investigation. Claims must be made within 1x24 hours from the received date of the goods. If you cannot provide the required documentation or if the claim is submitted beyond the mentioned time frame, we reserve the right to deny your claim. All items that have been purchased cannot be returned or exhanged.
